1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AAMOND Pets website (aamond.co) or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AAMOND Pets. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. About AAMOND Pets

AAMOND Pets is an online retail store offering curated pet products for dogs, cats, and other companion animals. We sell directly to individual consumers and ship to customers. All products listed on our website are sold by AAMOND Pets unless otherwise stated.

3. Account Registration

Creating an Account: You may browse our site without registering, but creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and manage your purchase history. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Please notify us immediately at tomilee@dxconsulting.co.kr if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Eligibility: Our services are intended for users who are at least 14 years of age. By using our site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Ordering and Purchasing

When you place an order on AAMOND Pets, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

All prices are listed in Korean Won (KRW) unless otherwise indicated.
Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. AAMOND Pets is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tomilee@dxconsulting.co.kr with your order number and photos of the issue. For change-of-mind returns, we accept unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, including ingredients, materials, and sizing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are complete or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item. Always read product labels and consult your veterinarian before introducing new food, supplements, or treatments to your pet.

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or inquiry.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its backend systems.
